Our Team

Paul CallaghanChief Executive Officer

Paul has over thirty years’ experience in the ICT market. He has held senior management positions in Cara, CK Business Electronics, PFH and Eircom, serving in a range of commercial roles including General Manager, CEO and Sales Director.

Paul HouricanNon-Executive Chairman

Paul Hourican is the Chairman and former CEO of PFH which he founded in 1985. The company specialises in ICT Infrastructure and Managed Services. Hourican grew PFH organically until 2006 when he commenced a number of strategic acquisitions across the ICT sector.

Declan Van EsbeckChief Commercial Officer

Declan has a proven executive management record and over 20 years of experience developing and building enterprise computing businesses. He has focused on business critical computing over the course of a career where he has held senior positions in Digital Equipment Corporation, Mentec and Xpert Technology.

Thomas RandlesGroup Finance Director

Tom, a chartered accountant and an associate of the Irish Taxation Institute, is Finance Director of PFH. A Graduate of UCC and The Smurfit School of Business at UCD, he qualified with Deloitte in Cork and London, where he worked predominantly in the Telecoms and Technology sectors.

Stephen O'HerlihyChief Technical Officer

Stephen has over 20 years working in the IT industry, originally as an IT manager in large enterprise organisations and now consulting, advising and selling enterprise infrastructure solutions.

Karl HowleyChief Operations Officer

Karl is an experienced senior professional combining team/function management and strong business operations, with business development and service delivery management, with a personal consulting and education specialisation in Service Management based strategies, design and delivery.

John HouricanSales Director

John has worked with PFH Technology Group for over 20 years’. He has held a number of positions including Sales and Marketing Manager and Logistics Manager where his primary role was the delivery of quality of product and the management of our supply chain and customer service personnel. John has almost 20 years’ experience in the ICT industry.

Chris CaseyServices Director

Chris is the Services Director at PFH and has over 30 years’ experience in the ICT industry, both in Ireland and in the UK. Chris is responsible for all the Maintenance, Warranty, Managed Services, Helpdesk, Cloud services and Talent Acquisition services at PFH.

Elaine CahillFinancial Controller

As Financial Controller for PFH, Elaine joined the team in 2010 and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Finance & HR Departments, as well as overseeing the Logistics and Sales Support Teams.
